Learning Through Play

Kinder gymnastics provides a safe environment for children to experience a wide range of movement activities and be encouraged to think, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies. Children learn best through exploring and discovering their abilities through physical activity.

Baby Gym - Parented Class

3 - 18 Months Old

Baby Gym is designed for infants (both pre-crawling and mobile) and their caregivers to explore movement and development milestones together. Each session includes tummy time, balance exercises, strengthening activities, and age-appropriate play, all through songs and interactive games. This class fosters early physical development while providing a welcoming social environment for both babies and caregivers.

Tiny Tots - Parented Class

1.5 - 3 Years Old

The Tiny Tots class is a structured, coach-led, parent-participation class that combines group activities with guided discovery. Parents and children explore movement together through motor skill challenges, gymnastics fundamentals, and fun movement songs. This class supports the development of coordination, confidence, listening skills, and overall body awareness while introducing basic gymnastics techniques in a playful, engaging environment.

Super Tots

3 - 4 Years Old

Super Tots is an exciting first step into un-parented gymnastics classes. Young gymnasts gain independence while exploring swinging, rolling, climbing, dancing, and structured coach-led activities. This class not only introduces gymnastics fundamentals but also nurtures important life skills such as sharing, listening, and social interaction, setting them up for future success in both gymnastics and beyond.

Junior Kinders

4 - 6 Years Old

The Junior Kinders class introduces basic gymnastics skills through structured rotations and stations, similar to recreational classes. This program builds a solid foundation for future gymnastics training while ensuring students understand class structure and expectations. Warm-ups and cool-downs include active games, while the class uses the entire gym and various props, promoting engagement and fun while learning fundamental gymnastics skills safely.

Advanced Kinders

5 - 6 Years Old

Designed for young gymnasts with a keen interest and potential for higher-level gymnastics, the Advanced Kinder class focuses on refining foundational skills while introducing more advanced movements. Participants will spend additional time on equipment, enhancing their technique, presentation, and confidence. This class provides a strong foundation for progression through future gymnastics levels.

Ongoing Tuition

Monthly Gymnastics

When enrolling in a gymnastics class, your initial payment covers the first month of classes and membership. Subsequent monthly tuition fees will be automatically processed on the 15th of each month. Tuition costs are calculated based on a 4-week month and will vary due to factors such as the number of classes offered in a month, due to the day of the week, the number of weeks in the month, blackout dates and statutory holidays. If you enroll after the 1st of the month, your tuition fee will be prorated for the remaining classes in the month.
