Learning Through Play

Kinder gymnastics provides a safe environment for children to experience a wide range of movement activities and be encouraged to think, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies. Children learn best through exploring and discovering their abilities through physical activity.

Baby Gym - Parented Class

3 - 18 Months Old

The Baby Gym class is for babies (not yet crawling), older babies (crawling/standing/walking) and their parents/caregivers to explore and grow together. Through songs, games, and age-appropriate challenges, we will work as a team to work toward achieving the required growth and development milestones!

Each class there will be tummy time, balance and strengthening exercises, structured age-appropriate fun, age/developmentally appropriate toys, and scheduled social time.

Tiny Tots - Parented Class

1.5 - 3 Years Old

The Tiny Tots class is a parented class that is structured and coach-led with group activities and skills matched with guided discovery. You and your child will explore new motor skills and challenges to learn new movements, and dance along to some fun movement songs!

This is a great way to introduce and develop gross and fine motor skills, visual perception, postural awareness, self-esteem, confidence, listening, observing, and following instructions. Not to mention, swinging, rotating, jumping, and balancing on new surfaces and equipment.

Super Tots

3 - 4 Years Old

The Super Tots class will be the first introduction to an un-parented gymnastics class. Your little gymnast will enjoy this new independence while swinging, rolling, climbing, dancing, and playing, through structured and coach-led activities. Not only is your child introduced to new movements and skills that they will use in the gym, but they can also use them throughout life as they navigate their way into new independence. In these classes they will also experience sharing, listening, and learning social skills to get them started down the right path!

Junior Kinders

4 - 6 Years Old

The Junior Kinders class introduces basic gymnastics skills, rotations, and stations, similar to how the recreational classes are structured. This class will help them build a strong base for all their skills moving forward and ensures an understanding of how they can expect classes to work in future levels. We play active games for a warm-up and cool down using the whole gym and gym props (balls, skipping ropes, ribbons, etc.). They are taught gymnastics basics for a safe start.

Advanced Kinders

5 - 6 Years Old

The Advanced Kinder class is for young gymnasts who show a keen interest in the skills and potential for higher-level gymnastics. They will learn more advanced basic gymnastic skills, spend more time on the equipment and focus on developing skills with the polish and presentation. These Kinder gymnasts will be working on higher-level skills within the Kinder program to give them the best foot forward moving up through the levels.
Ongoing Tuition

Tuition costs are calculated based on a 4-week month and will vary due to factors such as the number of classes offered in a month, due to the day of the week, the number of weeks in the month, blackout dates and statutory holidays.
