Policies​ and Forms

As we move into a new season, we always require our members to complete a new set of waiver forms. This year, we are moving away from paper waivers and have set up the athlete forms in the registration software.

When an athlete is registered, you will need to accept the Student Policies, which includes the AGF Waiver for Participants Under 18 and the PIPA Waiver in your online account. These Student Policies will replace the paper forms.

Any adults, birthday parties and user groups participating will need to still complete the paper forms. They can be found below.

Waiver forms must be accepted in your online account by the first day of classes.
