2024 No Limits Training Camp Sold Out!

Secure your spot at the No Limits Training Camp! Spaces are limited, so register early to avoid disappointment.

Camp Tuition: $470 + GST

Deposit of $220 due at time of registration Remainder owing will be processed on June 1st, 2024

Team Discounts Available!
Book with 10 or more athletes from the same gym and receive a special rate for all attending athletes.
10 or more athletes $430 + GST per registration.

2024 No Limits Coaching Staff

This year’s camp features expert coaches from across North America, including Olympic and World Champions.

TONY RETROSI

The interim coach for the Swiss National WAG team in 2021. Owner of Atlantic Gymnastics Training Centers, Owner and Creative Director of GYM MOMENTUM.

MICHAEL OUTRAM

Owner of Mr.Mikes Gymnastics and MJO Consulting. Level 4 coach with athletes going to Canada Games, Nationals, World Cup, and Cirque du Soleil.

DANIELA SILIVAS

Winner of 6 medals at the 1988 Olympics. She also earned six individual World Championship titles as well as the 1987 European Championships all-around title.

WENDY BRUCE-MARTIN

Owner Get Psyched! Mental Training/Peak Performance Coaching, Author of Breaking Through a Mental Block, 1992 Olympian Bronze Medalist and Switzerland National Team Coach.

DARREN WEBSTER

Darren is the current coach of an Olympic gymnast from New Zealand. He is also the Technical Director for the Women's Artistic Program with AGF.

SHIRA LEWIS

Shira was a competitive gymnast and dancer. She went on to become a Division I diver in college and graduated with Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

CLIFF PARKS

Cliff worked with the 2016 Olympic Men's team prior to Rio and as the Philippines National Team Coach. He's also a former Navy Seal and actor!

JUDY HOWARD-HOMES

Judy has over 35 years of elite coaching experience. Coach for the 1992 Olympic Games. Currently the Head WAG Coach at Kin Gymnastics.

JEREMY MOSIER

Owner of Pegasus Gymnastics. Jeremy is a Level 4 WAG Coach along with a Master Learning Facilitator for coaching courses.

About the Camp

This is a competitive camp for CCP Levels 3-10 and Xcel Bronze-Sapphire. The camp will consist of vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, dance, leaps, jumps and turns, body movement, and physio. We will be bringing experts in from all over North America for this camp, including Olympic and World Champions.

At Pegasus, we believe in fostering a passion for gymnastics while providing top-notch training experiences. Our Women’s Competitive Gymnastics Training Camp is designed to elevate athletes of all levels, offering:

  • Expert Coaching: Learn from seasoned experts with a track record of success at the Olympics and World Champions.
  • Comprehensive Training: Tailored programs for CCP Levels 3 – 10 + Xcel Bronze – Sapphire, ensuring each gymnast receives the attention and guidance needed to excel.
  • Inspiration and Camaraderie: Immerse yourself in an atmosphere of motivation and support, surrounded by like-minded gymnasts who share your dedication.
 

Athletes must have competitive experience at Pegasus or another Competitive Women’s Gymnastics Program. The minimum age for camp is 7 years old.

A Typical Day at Camp!

40 minute Lunch

20 minutes Wrap up + Games!
