Tony Retrosi

Tony Retrosi is an internationally respected gymnastics coach, clinician, author, and educator with extensive experience at the highest levels of women’s artistic gymnastics. He currently serves as the Owner of Atlantic Gymnastics Training Centres and the Owner and Creative Director of GYM MOMENTUM

Throughout his career, Tony has coached on the international stage, including serving as a National Team Coach for Italy and as the Interim Head Coach of the Swiss Women’s National Team in 2021. His athletes and teams have competed at major international events, including the 2024 European Championships, the 2024 Olympic Games, and the 2025 European Championships.

Known for his innovative approach to athlete development and coach education, Tony is a sought-after international clinician who has presented to coaches and clubs around the world. Through his coaching, writing, and educational programs, he continues to influence the growth and success of gymnastics programs globally.

Dr. Shira Lewis, PT, DPT

Dr. Shira Lewis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, international clinician, speaker, consultant, and educator specializing in the care and performance development of gymnasts, rock climbers, and athletes with hypermobility. She works with athletes of all levels, helping them optimize movement, prevent injuries, manage pain, and achieve peak performance through evidence-based training and rehabilitation strategies.

Shira’s athletic background began in competitive gymnastics and dance before she went on to compete as a Division I diver at Northeastern University. Following her athletic career, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has since become a leading voice in gymnastics health and performance education.

As a consultant to the Swiss National Team and a sought-after international presenter, Shira develops innovative programming that bridges the gap between sports medicine and athletic performance. Her work focuses on helping athletes move better, train smarter, and reach their full potential while maintaining long-term health and resilience.

Through her clinical practice, consulting, choreography, and educational programs, Shira continues to make a significant impact on athletes and coaches around the world.

Dave Fallon

Dave Fallon, who has coached gymnastics for more than 25 years, has held various positions on the national circuit, including leading Quebec’s gymnastics team at the 2023 Canada Games.

Darren Webster

Darren is the current coach of an Olympic gymnast from New Zealand. He is also the Technical Director for the Women’s Artistic Program with AGF.

Daniela Silivas

Winner of 6 medals at the 1988 Olympics. She also earned six individual World Championship titles as well as the 1987 European Championships all-around title.

Wendy Bruce-Martin

Owner Get Psyched! Mental Training/Peak Performance Coaching, Author of Breaking Through a Mental Block, 1992 Olympian Bronze Medalist and Switzerland National Team Coach.

Michael Outram

Owner of Mr.Mikes Gymnastics and MJO Consulting. Level 4 coach with athletes going to Canada Games, Nationals, World Cup, and Cirque du Soleil.

About the Camp

This is a competitive camp for CCP Levels 3-4, Xcel Bronze-Silver and CCP Levels 5+, Xcel Gold-Sapphire. The camp will consist of vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, dance, leaps, jumps and turns, body movement, and physio. We will be bringing experts in from all over North America for this camp, including Olympic and World Champions.

At Pegasus, we believe in fostering a passion for gymnastics while providing top-notch training experiences. Our Women’s Competitive Gymnastics Training Camp is designed to elevate athletes of all levels, offering:

Athletes must have competitive experience at Pegasus or another Competitive Women’s Gymnastics Program. The minimum age for camp is 7 years old.
