Our recreational trampoline and tumbling classes are for boys and girls ages 6 years old and up. We strive to provide quality gymnastics by focusing on teaching proper techniques in all of our recreational programs.

Our Trampoline & Tumbling classes teach safety and build the foundation to help further your athletic abilities. Providing athletes with the building blocks to work towards competitive level skills in a recreational environment.

Double Mini, Trampoline, Power Tumbling and Strength

Each class is structured around these events allowing the athletes to develop the skills necessary to learn quality gymnastics at all levels.

T&T Beginner

6 years Old and up

9+ years Old and up

The T&T Beginner class is a great introduction to trampoline and tumbling for boys and girls that have no previous gymnastics training or exposure to the sport. Gymnastics promotes building coordination, strength and confidence and is a great way to learn a new sport.

The scope of this class is to teach the building blocks of the trampoline, double mini and tumbling. Athletes will work towards achieving the skills required to progress to the next level. Some of the skills that will be learned in this class are forward and backwards rolls, cartwheel over a box, shape jumps, seat drop and safety landings on the trampoline.

T&T Novice

6 years Old and up

The T&T Novice class will focus on perfecting skills learned in the Beginner class and progressing to more challenging basics. Our coaches will focus on teaching skills with the proper technique to build the foundation for quality gymnastics skills with drills and spotting. Some of the skills that will be learned in this class are power hurdles, cartwheels on the floor and shape jumps, flipping progressions on the trampoline and double mini.

T&T Intermediate

7 years Old and up

In the T&T Intermediate class, now that the athletes have the basics down, they will work on learning more challenging skills. Class duration increases and skill level will be increasing quickly at this time. Some of the skills that will be learned in this class are bridge kick overs, back handsprings on the floor, cradles, and back tuck progression on the trampoline, and connecting routines on the double mini with a focus on proper form and technique.

T&T Advanced

8 years Old and up

The T&T Advanced class is ideal for the athlete who wants to learn more difficult skills but isn’t looking to do competitive T&T Gymnastics. Athletes at this level are focused on learning and progressing their trampoline and tumbling skills. Athletes will come to class twice a week, as we want to make sure that the gymnasts develop enough strength and control for the more advanced skills. Examples of skills that will be taught in this class are standing back tucks and roundoff back handspring back tuck for tumbling, cruise, and back layout on the trampoline, tucked baranis and front layouts on the double mini with a heavy focus on cleanliness in the skills.

Intro to Trampoline

6 years Old and up

The Intro to Trampoline is a full hour of specialized trampoline training. Athletes will learn basic trampoline safety and skills like backdrops, front drops, and rollers as well as flip progressions and drills for higher-level skills.

Advanced Trampoline

8 years Old and up

The Advanced Trampoline class is geared for athletes who are interested in taking their trampoline skills to the next level! Learn how to flip, twist, and jump in this specialized trampoline class where your athlete will learn new skills and twisting and advanced trampoline skills that will translate into higher level gymnastics.

Ongoing Tuition

Monthly Gymnastics

When enrolling in a gymnastics class, your initial payment covers the first month of classes and membership. Subsequent monthly tuition fees will be automatically processed on the 15th of each month. Tuition costs are calculated based on a 4-week month and will vary due to factors such as the number of classes offered in a month, due to the day of the week, the number of weeks in the month, blackout dates and statutory holidays. If you enroll after the 1st of the month, your tuition fee will be prorated for the remaining classes in the month.

Annual Membership

Pegasus Membership

All participants must have a current Pegasus Membership. The membership is annual, valid from July 1 to June 30 and includes insurance coverage through Alberta Gymnastics Federation. Pegasus Memberships are non-refundable. Note that these prices could change based on an increase in insurance premiums from AGF. If they do increase, there could be an additional fee.
