We at Pegasus are pleased and excited to host our annual Reindeer Games!

As discussed at the Fall Parents meeting, the Reindeer Games are also offered to our competitive athletes who are competing for the very first time this season as an additional preparation event before our Mock Meet with real judges. It is not mandatory but is highly encouraged as it is an excellent opportunity for the athletes to show their routines in a low-pressure atmosphere and spread some holiday cheer.
The purpose in Reindeer games is to give our gymnasts a fun and festive showcase event that simulates the competition experience that will include everything from the attire/hair, march in, performing their skills in front of an audience and “judges”. For these games our judges will be older athletes and will not be giving scores, just prizes and encouraging feedback.
The Reindeer Games are intended to be a positive and fun experience for all the gymnasts. Please keep in mind that it is early in the season and all the girls have just learned these routines and will need all the encouragement and support they can get, so lots of cheering please!! Please invite friend and family to come watch, the more the merrier and don’t forget your donations for extra tickets in the draw. See the end of email more details.
Please note that for those athletes who train on Sundays, this event will take place instead of training.
No training will be offered if you choose not to attend the Reindeer Games.
When:
Sunday December 8, 2024
Schedule:
Between 1pm – 5pm: Based on the number of athletes in the Developmental program and the 1st time competitors, we will be determining the exact schedule once registration is complete.
Once registration is complete, I will send a confirmation email as to the exact time your athlete will “compete” between 1-5pm.

Cost:
$40 per athlete
Registration Deadline: Friday November 22nd, 2024 – Late registration will incur an additional $10 fee.

ATHLETES MUST HAVE COMPETITION ATTIRE:
⦁ Pegasus training suit
⦁ Hair in a high ponytail or flip bun if hair covers eyes in a ponytail
⦁ Black leggings with white socks
