Great West Gym Fest 2025

Athletes eligible for this competition: All athletes: HP, CCP (levels 3- 10), and Xcel (Bronze -Platinum)
**Athletes participating in this American Competition are also required to have a USA Gymnastics Membership which is $50 US dollars. This will be billed out with the coaches’ expenses following competitions completion.
**** Remember that by registering for a travel meet, you are agreeing to the coaches expenses policy as laid out in the WAG Handbook on page 7****

** The final daily schedule will be emailed out approximately 2 weeks prior to the event **
Please note that not all parts of the GWGF website have been updated for the 2024 event and are still showing features from the 2023 event.
Host Hotels: Both hotels have a special price for GWGF attendees so please make sure to let them know are with the Gymnastics Competition

*Athletes eligible to qualify to compete in the Big Show All level 8-10 and the 1st place athlete of all 4 events in level 7.
GWGF Gym Suits:
Athletes in levels 8-10 have a gym suit included in their registration for the big show. Athletes level 7 and under can purchased their own should they so choose.
They do not yet have a live link to purchase suits, I will send it out once it becomes available.

Refunds:
Partial refunds may be available up until January 20th, 2025 with a Drs notes.
Extras:
This competition has lots of extra amazing experiences! These events include THE BIG SHOW (Event finals for level 8 -10), Ice cream social with the Olympians, Athlete Dance Party and more!
